"Joyce can count to minus 11, Robertson can now count to minus 13."

During the election campaign Joyce said Labour had an $11Billion shortfall.  This was poo pooed by the media.  A month after election it is now universally agreed that Labour have to borrow $13 billion to fill the gap (or more)  Never mind, we will have to pay for it.
