"Cmon Government, you are the shareholder : tell them"

As the government and sole shareholder in Kiwibank the Labour government should simply tell Kiwibank that they are supposed to be a "peoples bank' not another Aussie bank.  And also tell the tellers that POSB tellers always wore cardies.
