"Ordinary phones still exist, use them!"

I saw some prat on TV last night sitting in Burger King saying he couldnt dial 111 on his XT cellphone to save a life.  Anyone with a smidgen of a brain would have worked out that Burger King would have an old-fashioned phone that would have done the job superbly.
