"Oh goody, more new road rules to confuse us"
The last changes (roundabouts and pedestrain crossings) seem to have confused the majority of nitwits, despite those rules being very simple for anyone with half a brain. This lot will no doubt cause more braindead zombies to cause havoc on the roads.
